Nonprofit and Faith Based Organizations are just what
the simple word says: Organizations. The simple and
often forgotten fact is that a 501(c)3 is a corporation
filed as an entity within the state that it is formed in.

Faith Based
The faith based organizations and churches ultimately
look to the leadership of The King of kings. The
interesting aspect is that a Kingdom has organization and
systematic methodologies. Understandably, faith based
organization often derives their operational constructs
from the denomination that they are associated with.
NCDCS works with the local or international faith based
organizations.

Our experience is that there are common relationships in
managing and administering faith based organizations,
just like in a small business. It is seen that many large
congregations have business like operations. Many times
the key people in these organizations are wearing
multiple hats and are not able to focus on the primary
Vision. Pastors have told me that with all they learned in
Bible College or seminary, the one thing they never
learned was leadership or management in running an
organization. We come along side faith based leaders to
develop management skills and an executable strategy
to articulate the given Vision. This may be in any of the
key administrative areas up through developing a
dynamic strategic plan.

Nonprofits
There are many Nonprofits that are not faith based.

to build consensus during periods of change.
